We are looking for an experienced front of house professional to join our team as our Front of House Lead, reporting to our Restaurant Manager. 

Alongside general service and waiting tables, you will help set the standard on the floor through your attention to detail, ability to read the room and strong technical knowledge of food, wine and service.

This role will suit someone who leads through genuine hospitality - someone who notices the little things, understands timing, adapts naturally to different guests and takes pride in creating experiences people remember.

A minimum of 30 hours a week.

What success looks like
Success in this role is not simply measured by how many tables are served. It is reflected in guests leaving feeling cared for, regulars being recognised, concerns being resolved before they grow, and the wider team lifting their standards because of the example set on the floor.

This could be as simple as noticing that a guest wants privacy, adjusting the pace of a meal, recognising a celebration, confidently guiding a wine choice or stepping in before someone needs to ask. The best hospitality feels effortless because the work behind it is thoughtful and precise.
