We are open to customers from 3pm Tuesday to Saturday, with lunch service on Fridays from 12pm.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team from early October. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is confident with cocktails, has sound wine knowledge, and a genuine passion for learning and developing. Stock management and ordering experience will be a strong advantage.
This position offers 30–40 hours per week across five nights, with the occasional day shift.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of proven cocktail knowledge
Basic wine knowledge and a desire to learn more
LCQ / Duty Manager’s Certificate – preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
OBM (Open Book Management) experience – an advantage, but not required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
A creative mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality
Responsibilities
Work alongside our Operations Manager and wider management team to deliver professional and memorable service
Oversee bar operations including stock management, ordering and monthly stocktakes
Contribute fresh ideas to our beverage programme and create engaging cocktails
Embrace and utilise our operating systems (Loaded Reports, Operandio, MunaHR) and take initiative to upskill.
