The Finery, Alexandra’s dynamic restaurant and bar is looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our front-line team in delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

The Role

As Front of House Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in making The Finery a local favourite:

• Lead and Inspire: Set the tone for a positive, inclusive, high-performing team culture.
• Champion Guest Experience: Make every guest feel at home through warm, attentive service.
• Coach and Develop: Grow your team’s knowledge, service standards, and confidence.
• Systemise and Streamline: Operate with efficiency, managing systems, financial targets, and policies.
• Event & Function Mastery: Oversee events, catering, and rosters to ensure seamless delivery.
• Uphold Standards: Maintain beautifully presented spaces, smooth operations, and timely service.
• Collaborate Creatively: Work alongside marketing and kitchen teams to drive innovation and performance.
• 5 days roster with 2 consecutive days off!

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in hospitality leadership is preferred.
• A passion for training, coaching, and celebrating team wins.
• A professional, energetic, and people-first approach.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and a calm, efficient manner under pressure.
• A Duty Manager’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
