What you'll do:

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for all guests
• Know our menus inside out
• Support daily operations, including opening, closing and cleaning procedures
• Effectively and empathetically communicate with colleagues, guests and the kitchen
• Connect with your colleagues, guests, suppliers and wider community
• Kaizen – demonstrate an eagerness to learn, grow and continuously improve

About you: 

• 1+ years experience in a similar role
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Barista / bartending experience is a plus!
